Brownstone Associates teams with Freese and Nichols in DFW Airport Program Management role

Brownstone Associates has teamed with Freese and Nichols to support Freese and Nichols in the role of the DFW Airport Program Management, Project Management, Design Management and Construction Management Services Team for the DFW Airports’ Design, Code and Construction Department (DCC). The Program Management/Construction Management and Program Integration Office (PMCM/PIO) team works under the direction of DCC Senior Staff as directed. 

The PMCM/PIO Team’s primary project responsibilities will be delivery of vertical construction/building projects as well as delivery of terminal improvement and terminal development programs services the PMCM/PIO provides services on a delivery order basis for all phases of Project development including: 

o  Preliminary Design 

o  Design Procurement  

o  Pre-construction Construction 

o  Commissioning and Activation

o  Completion Date:  2025
